Greetings All,
We have decided Cost vs application and will be getting the Deere LX-280 lawn tractor for $4100. 42 inch deck to mow the 5 + acres of lawn my mom and I have combined (she built next to my place)I would have liked to gone with the GT-235 48in deck but the 5300 is just too steep.
I must say this is for my moms lawnlady and my wife to use as they are afraid of the 790 and finish mower which work fine for me but I cant do it all the time especilly since I am working for (Dare I say?) FEMA and this is our busy time. Any thoughts on the LX-280?
